Waitey's Thai - Chi (Chi, short for Chinese) is a mix of Thai and Chinese ingredients, combined to produce a dark,sticky, sweet and spicy, full flavoured marinade or dipping sauce.
Ideal for use on Pork, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetables and Noodles.
