THAI-CHI STICKY RIBS

This simple recipe using our Thai-Chi Marinade/Stir-Fry Sauce, will give you the most succulent, sweet, sticky ribs.

Method

  1. Place 500g of Pork ribs into a saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil, simmer for 30-40 minutes (depending on size of the ribs. )

  2. Drain the ribs, cover with Thai-Chi sauce, about 1/3 of a bottle. 

  3. Cook in the oven at 180'c for 20-30 minutes or Barbeque.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds! (optional)
